By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What this website is

This website gives information about ClassVahi and offers a set of free calculators. It is not the ClassVahi application itself.

The free tools

The calculators are provided free and "as is", for general guidance only. Please keep these points in mind:

• A result depends on the numbers you enter. Check them before you rely on the answer.
• Conversion methods (such as the factor used to turn CGPA into a percentage) and attendance rules differ from one board, university and institute to another.
• Where your institute's or board's own figures or rules differ from a result here, theirs prevail.

The institute revenue estimator is an illustration based on the numbers you enter. It is not financial advice and it is not a forecast of what your institute will earn.

Acceptable use

Please use the website fairly. You agree not to:

• scrape or crawl it in a way that puts a burden on the site;
• use it for anything unlawful; or
• try to disrupt it, or interfere with how it works.

Intellectual property

The ClassVahi name, logo and the content of this website belong to ClassVahi. Please do not reuse our name, logo or other branding without our permission.

Demo requests and the application

Asking for a demo does not create a contract between you and us. Using the ClassVahi application is governed by a separate agreement.

Third-party links and services

This website links to services we do not run, such as WhatsApp and, if we enable it, Google reCAPTCHA. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, ClassVahi is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on this website or its tools, or from being unable to use them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Using the website after that means you accept the updated terms.
