ClassVahi is fee collection and records software for offline coaching institutes and tuition classes in India, made for the owner who runs the place from a phone between batches.
Why ClassVahi exists
Many coaching institutes run their fees on a receipt book, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. It works while the institute is small. Then a receipt goes missing, two people remember a payment differently, and the owner spends the evening working out who still owes what.
A coaching institute is not a school, and it does not need school software. It needs to know what is owed today, to hand over a proper receipt at the counter, to mark a register in seconds and to give parents a report card they can read. ClassVahi does those things and deliberately stops there. It is not an LMS: there are no video lessons and no online classes.
We built it around the way a month runs in an institute. Classes and fee plans are set up once. One charge run bills every student for the month. You collect, hand over a receipt, and work through whoever is overdue with a ready-written WhatsApp reminder for each parent. The reminder goes from your own WhatsApp when you press send, so nothing reaches a parent in your name without you seeing it.

What we believe
Fees come first
An institute that collects on time can pay its teachers on time. So the first thing ClassVahi shows you every morning is what is overdue, and who owes it.
A record nobody can quietly change
A payment or a charge is never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected with a reversal that stays on the record, so the balance you see is one you can defend.
A child should not pay for a late fee
Teachers see their students, attendance and marks. They do not see who is behind on fees, so a family's money trouble never follows a child into the classroom.
Your data is yours
Each institute's records are kept separate from every other institute's, and every report downloads as a CSV file you can keep.
